为世界酿造一瓶中国风土

 

2025年5月20日，在刚刚开幕的2025伦敦葡萄酒展览会（London Wine Fair）上，来自中国山东的龙亭酒庄备受瞩目。这场汇聚全球1000余家展商、超过1万名专业观众的行业盛会，见证了中国精品葡萄酒的又一次惊艳亮相。

 

大师班演绎东方风土传奇

展会首日，龙亭酒庄庄主宋妍女士与英国著名葡萄酒大师Michael Palij MW联袂呈现了一场名为"北纬37°的诗意海岸风土"的品鉴大师班。这场活动吸引了众多国际买家和葡萄酒专业人士的关注。

"中国葡萄酒的发展速度令人惊叹，"Palij大师在开场时表示，"特别是像龙亭这样的精品酒庄，正在用独特的东方风土重新定义葡萄酒的可能性。"

宋妍庄主则向现场观众分享了龙亭酒庄的发展历程："从创立之初，我们就坚持'道法自然'的酿造哲学。通过将中国传统二十四节气与生物动力法相结合，让每一瓶酒都成为这片海岸风土的真实表达。"

 

中国葡萄酒的千年传承与现代复兴

中国葡萄酒的历史可以追溯至2000多年前的汉代。从张骞出使西域带回葡萄种子，到唐代诗人笔下的葡萄美酒，再到改革开放后现代葡萄酒工业的崛起，中国葡萄酒产业正迎来精品化发展的黄金时代。

"龙亭酒庄正是这一浪潮中的佼佼者，"Palij大师评价道，"他们不仅传承了千年酿酒智慧，更融入了现代酿造技术，同时还吸取了世界其他产区的经验，创造出独具东方特色的精品葡萄酒。"

 

当传统智慧遇见现代技艺

在大师班上，龙亭酒庄向国际葡萄酒界展示了其独树一帜的酿造哲学。酒庄将中国传统的农耕智慧与现代生物动力法完美结合，在葡萄园管理中践行可再生农业理念，通过羊肥与火山岩粉等天然肥料滋养土地，让葡萄藤在自然和谐的环境中茁壮成长。

酿造过程中，龙亭坚持"极简干预"的原则，采用原生酵母启动发酵，最大限度保留葡萄本身的个性与风土特色。每一串葡萄都经过严格的手工采摘，并将产量精准控制在每公顷3000公斤，这一标准可与勃艮第顶级葡萄园比肩。

"我们相信，真正的佳酿是天、地、人和谐共生的产物，"宋妍庄主解释道，"每一瓶龙亭葡萄酒都是这片海岸风土的诗歌。"

 

小众品种的东方表达

龙亭酒庄特别注重品种与风土的匹配。在大师班上品鉴的5款佳酿中，既有国际品种霞多丽和品丽珠的优雅演绎，也有小芒森和马瑟兰等特色品种的创新表达。

"烟台蓬莱产区的独特气候让这些品种展现出惊人的潜力，"Palij大师评价道，"特别是他们的干型小芒森，完美平衡了成熟果香与清爽酸度，展现出海岸葡萄酒特有的矿物感。"

 

东方葡萄酒的全球化之路

作为本次展会"精品中国葡萄酒"展区的代表酒庄之一，龙亭酒庄希望通过伦敦这个国际葡萄酒贸易中心，将其独具特色的海岸葡萄酒推向更广阔的国际市场。

"英国是全球葡萄酒品质的试金石，"宋妍庄主表示，"我们期待通过这些高品质的东方葡萄酒，与国际高端酒店、米其林餐厅和精品酒商建立长期合作。"

随着大师班的圆满落幕，龙亭酒庄的东方海岸风土葡萄酒再次证明了中国精品葡萄酒的国际竞争力。在这个全球化的时代，来自东方的葡萄酒故事正在书写新的篇章。

如同一瓶流动的《本草纲目》——缥缈的艾草清香与白茶淡雅交织，随后绽放出兰花、玫瑰的芬芳，并伴随着杨梅与桂圆干的甜美气息，香气层次丰富而迷人。如丝绸般柔滑顺口，成熟的红色水果风味与优雅的香料气息完美融合，余韵绵长悠远，令人回味无穷。

龙亭珍藏红葡萄酒 2019

优雅的紫罗兰花香与野生莓果的芬芳交织，雪松与摩卡橡木气息若隐若现，构建出极具层次感的芳香框架。入口展现出丝绸般的柔顺与力量感的完美平衡。活泼的酸度与独特的海岸矿物质感相互映衬，单宁如天鹅绒般细腻。余韵绵长悠远，展现出非凡的陈年潜力。

Longting: Chinese Terroir Shines in LondonBottling China's Terroir, Sharing with the World

20 May 2025 – At the newly opened 2025 London Wine Fair, Shandong’s Longting Vineyard captured global attention. This prestigious event, featuring over 1,000 exhibitors and 10,000 industry professionals, marked another milestone in the rise of China’s premium wines on the world stage.

A Masterclass in Eastern TerroirOn the opening day, Ms. SONG Yan, owner of Longting Vineyard, joined forces with renowned Master of Wine Michael Palij MW to present a masterclass titled "Poetic Coastal Terroir at 37°N Latitude". The session drew a captivated audience of international buyers and wine experts."The pace of Chinese wine development is astonishing," remarked Palij during his introduction. A 2,000-Year Legacy Meets Modern RenaissanceChina’s winemaking heritage stretches back to the Han Dynasty over two millennia ago. From the grape seeds brought along the Silk Road to Tang Dynasty poetry praising "jade-like wines", the industry now enters a golden age of premiumisation post-reform."Longting epitomises this new wave," noted Palij. Where Tradition Meets InnovationThe masterclass revealed Longting’s unique approach: blending traditional Chinese agricultural wisdom with modern biodynamics. The vineyard employs regenerative agriculture, nourishing soils with volcanic rock dust and sheep manure to cultivate vines in harmony with nature.In the cellar, minimal intervention reigns. Native yeasts drive fermentation, preserving varietal character, while hand-harvested grapes are cropped at Burgundy-level yields of 3,000kg/ha."True excellence arises from harmony between heaven, earth, and humanity," explained Ms. SONG. "Each Longting wine is a poem written by our coastal terroir."

Eastern Expressions of Boutique VarietalsThe tasting featured five wines showcasing both international and niche grapes. Alongside elegant Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc, innovative expressions of Petit Manseng and Marselan dazzled."Penglai’s climate unlocks remarkable potential," observed Palij. "Their dry Petit Manseng particularly impresses – a masterful balance of ripe fruit, crisp acidity, and coastal minerality."

Global Ambitions for Eastern WinesAs a flagship exhibitor in the "Premium Chinese Wines" pavilion, Longting aims to conquer international markets via London’s wine trade hub."Britain sets the global quality benchmark," said Ms. Song. "We seek partnerships with luxury hotels, Michelin kitchens, and fine wine merchants."

Longting Reserve Sea Breeze Petit Manseng 2022Layered aromas of gardenia, apricot and pineapple, finishing with honeyed nuance. Lusciously textured yet vibrant, offering an autumnal fruit symphony.

Longting Lan Marselan 2021A liquid embodiment of the Compendium of Materia Medica – artemisia and white tea notes meld with orchid, rose, bayberry and longan. Silky tannins carry ripe red fruits and spices to a lingering finish.

Longting Reserve Red Wine 2019Violets and wild berries meet cedar and mocha oak. Powerful yet refined, with velvety tannins and coastal minerality promising superb ageing potential. Crafted only in exceptional vintages, with three years’ maturation layering complexity over pure fruit.

Longting Jade Petit Manseng Sweet White 2021A ballet of white peach, honeydew and citrus blossom, lifted by honeysuckle and honey. Bright acidity balances unctuous texture, while marine breezes lend ethereal elegance.
